In April, 2005 Lauren flew up to Cincinnati for an
important Soccer tournament in which Eric
played.

Lauren flew up to Cincinnati for one of
Eric's soccer games in

Lauren, in her youth, played lots
of softball. She's still pretty good ... of course her knees aren't
what they used to be. One game of fun meant a week with a limp.
Lauren spent almost a
week in Cincinnati during September of 2003. Having not seen Eric
since the beginning of the summer, it was a visit filled with soccer.
Father came to
visit for a few weeks in late March and early April, 2003. He
celebrated his 82nd birthday while here and visited Jeremy's college
apartment.
Lauren went up to witness Eric's Confirmation in March of
2003. She also took the time to visit old Cincinnati friends.

Joined again by our friends, the Ramzy's, we had a full
house and a great feast for Thanksgiving, 2002.
Pumpkin Time at the Hollinger household
In October of 2002, we made our third trip to Lexington
for the year. This time it was to participate in the
Alumni College
steering committee and do another book signing. The university asked
us to stay at the Morris House. The house had been the president's
residence between 1842 and 1867, when Lee House was built for General &
Mrs. Lee. When President Junkin was president of the, then, Washington
College, his daughter married a poor young instructor at VMI - Thomas
Jackson - and the couple moved in. Rumor has it, that we stayed in their
bedroom.
